This agreement governs your use of the 369ph platform. Please read it in full before registering or placing any bets. By creating a 369ph account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on 369ph, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is required before first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to under-age individuals will be immediately closed and balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold exactly one 369ph account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to claim multiple welcome bonuses, to circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose — are a direct breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and their associated balances may be suspended without notice.
All bonuses issued by 369ph are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time of issuance. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 369ph login credentials. 369ph will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account. Notify 369ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All deposits to and withdrawals from your 369ph account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party transactions — including GCash or bank transfers from accounts belonging to another individual — are not permitted and may trigger an AML review under PAGCOR compliance obligations.
369ph operates a mandatory responsible gaming programme. Players may set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods at any time via Account Settings. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected. 369ph may impose limits on any account without prior notice where problem gambling patterns are identified.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 369ph ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://369ph.org. By accessing or using any part of the 369ph platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:
The 369ph Platform is strictly open to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 369ph reserves the right to request valid government-issued photographic identification at any time to verify age compliance. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under the age of 21 shall be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
The 369ph Platform is licensed and operated for the Philippine market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or playing. 369ph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. Residents of countries other than the Philippines are advised to consult local legal counsel before registering.
To open a 369ph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:
You agree to promptly update your account information whenever it changes. 369ph shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Player.
Each individual may register only one 369ph account. If you have a pre-existing account, you must use your existing credentials to log in rather than creating a new registration. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended at 369ph's discretion, and promotional credits associated with them may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 369ph account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and OTP codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. 369ph will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 369ph support immediately.
369ph is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit at least one (1) valid government-issued photographic identification document, which may include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office. 369ph may request additional documentation in cases where identity cannot be established with a single document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period stipulated by 369ph may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 369ph reserves the right to levy a monthly administrative fee of up to ₱200.00 on inactive accounts, deducted from the Real Money Balance where funds are available. Players will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after an extended period of inactivity may be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting 369ph support and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
369ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, and other payment providers listed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. Accepted methods and minimum/maximum transaction amounts may be updated without prior notice.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name, matching the KYC documents on file. 369ph does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Transactions from unverified third-party accounts will be returned to the source and may trigger an AML compliance review.
The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100.00 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. 369ph does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which 369ph accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) compliance with 369ph's AML and fraud prevention procedures. Standard GCash withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) Philippine banking business days. 369ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.00 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00.
All accounts on 369ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 369ph does not offer multi-currency accounts. Transactions are processed exclusively in PHP and no foreign currency conversion is performed on the Platform.
The availability of specific games, tables, bet limits, and betting markets on the 369ph Platform is subject to change without prior notice. Games may be temporarily or permanently withdrawn from the Platform at 369ph's discretion, including where a provider's licence or certification lapses, where technical issues arise, or where regulatory requirements change.
A bet is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed and assigned a unique transaction reference number by the 369ph system. In the event of a system failure, disconnection, or technical error during bet placement, 369ph will review server logs to determine the validity and status of the affected bet. The result recorded on 369ph's servers shall be definitive for all purposes, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 10.
369ph reserves the right to void bets that have been placed on the basis of manifest error, technical malfunction, or where it is determined that a game outcome has been materially affected by circumstances outside 369ph's control. Stakes on voided bets will be returned to the Player's account.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game, table, and promotional period. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a bet. 369ph may apply individual bet limits to specific accounts at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 369ph are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are stated in full on the relevant promotion page at the time of issuance. By accepting a bonus, you confirm your acceptance of those specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Balance must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before it can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. Unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise, wagering must be completed using the Bonus Balance at the minimum bet level applicable to the qualifying game. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate below 100% will accumulate wagering progress at the stated contribution percentage.
Bonus credits that are not wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus before using it. Expired bonuses cannot be reissued.
369ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-variance or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements; collusion between players to extract bonus value; creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, 369ph reserves the right to cancel the bonus, remove related winnings, and close the account with no obligation to pay out any remaining balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 369ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

All content on the 369ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, page layouts, and software — is the property of 369ph or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from the 369ph Platform without the prior express written consent of 369ph. Unauthorised use of 369ph's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.
369ph provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 369ph takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods will be communicated to Players where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 369ph's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
369ph shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, business, or revenue; (c) losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform; (d) losses caused by factors outside 369ph's reasonable control, including network failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider outages.
In the event of a dispute relating to a bet outcome, game result, or account transaction, the Player must contact 369ph support within thirty (30) days of the disputed event, providing the relevant transaction reference number and a clear description of the dispute. 369ph will investigate using server logs and game provider records. 369ph's decision shall be final, subject to the Player's right to escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR as the licensing authority.
369ph may suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) regulatory or law enforcement authorities require account restriction; (c) the account shows patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity; (d) KYC documents have not been provided within the required period; or (e) the account has been flagged under 369ph's responsible gaming monitoring programme.
369ph may permanently close a Player's account — with or without notice — where a material breach of these Terms is established. Where an account is closed due to Player misconduct, any Real Money Balance may be forfeited where it has been determined to be directly associated with the breach. Balances that are not associated with misconduct will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.
A Player may request closure of their 369ph account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any active bonus credits will be forfeited. Real Money Balance (net of any amounts subject to AML or compliance review) will be paid out to the Player's verified withdrawal method within fifteen (15) business days.
369ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — including changes to fees, eligibility criteria, or player rights — will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the 369ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or statutory — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through 369ph's internal dispute resolution process or escalation to PAGCOR.
Where PAGCOR has jurisdiction over a dispute as the licensing authority, the PAGCOR complaint and adjudication process will be the primary forum for resolution prior to court proceedings. 369ph is committed to cooperating fully with any PAGCOR investigation or adjudication.
